Realtors will hire a transaction coordinator to help streamline their process while working with sellers and buyers in real estate transactions. Our job is primarily administrative to the transaction itself and not the Realtors. Tasks will include gathering information or documentation from sellers or buyers and communicating with cooperating agents, title companies, mortgage companies, and vendors to ensure everyone is meeting the timelines in the real estate contract while also coordinating access to homes for appraisals, inspections, and viewings. Staying on top of the documentation and submitting paperwork to the agent’s Broker/Brokerage for an audit review before closing on a home is a vital part of the process.

Dedicating someone solely to the transaction process releases you of the administrative responsibilities allowing you, the agent, to do what you do best, create relationships and develop new business.

With over 15 years in the real estate field, we have worked within many divisions of the real estate world. Starting out as an administrative assistant for a solo Realtor, diving headfirst into the title world, learning the in's and out's of the mortgage business through the foreclosure process and finally landing back to where it all began with transaction coordination.
Selling a home is more than getting it on the market. We handle everything from ordering the photos to inputting your listing into MLS and spreading the word through various media outlets.
You finally went under contract and now the fun begins! We can take the stress out of coordinating inspections, appraisals, and any other details that may come with selling or purchasing a home along with coordinating all the closing details with all parties.
